Allan is the Rufus Hulk, claiming to have bench pressed a weight comparable to the planet Mars though at times has the weight of the world on his huge shoulders.

A lover of fine wines and takeaways, Allan tries to keep a close eye on his calorie intake, often skipping breakfast, early morning snack, mid morning snack, late morning snack, early lunch, lunch, after lunch snack and mid afternoon snack in favour of a bucket full of tuna and whey protein.
